Office Connector should work in Outlook 2007

After upgrading now I am not able to read my subscribed mail at Hotmail with
Outlook. Fortunately it is still there on the web, but it doesn't allow me
to file in personal folders and such. I understand it is beta, but I also
can't believe that other beta testers haven't already found this bug.

Don't abuse the suggestion feature for these issues.

It's not a bug; the connector simply isn't compatible with Outlook 2007 yet
just like many add-ins (Adobe and lots of virus scanners for instance). IIRC
For BETA 1 we got a separate add-in but as I'm not a Hotmail subscriber I
haven't tested it but I expect an updated version of that to be released of
that as well.

patience my boy... as with all betas, it will in due time. if you require
the connector, or any other feature, you should not upgrade to a beta
because there is a good chance it may not work.

I also use the connector for my mail. Upgraded yesterday to 2007 and now
nothing. I would of thought a Microsoft product would support other
Microsoft products.

But Outlook 2007 is still in beta and so there are no guarantees it will
work with anything.

I know there are no guarantees, it seems that it would be a priority feature,
since it is subscription. Hey, I've done all the operating system betas
since Win95...believe me I know how it is. I was just pointing out a flaw -
in my opinion.

A new version of the connector is available at http://g.msn.com/0CR1033/3. Let us know if it works for you.

Sue, you are a god send. It works, I am happy. It only made sense that this
too would need an update, and I am glad at least you were in the loop.
