Office conversion pack

Hello.

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 and have this litle
problem.
After I upgraded I can't save word files as Text with
Layout (*.ans).
I had Office 97 before.
I installed Office with all options set and afterwards I
installed the Ork pack (office resource pack) and then the
conversion pack. But still I don't get the Text with
layout conversion tool to install.

Any ideas of how to install that?
