Office Converter Pack 2003

I tried installing the Office 2003 Converter Pack for my
Office 2000 installation (as directed), but it said my
windows version was too old.

I am running Win98se. Is there no converter pack for this
version of windows. I didn't see anything in the
installation notes about a required version of windows !

Please help !
