Office copying

Making copies of Office, and then selling them is illegal,
right? I bought Office XP Professional from an individual
through an auction site, and he sent me an obviously home-
burned set of CDs. What should I do, besides getting my
money back?

How much did you pay him for it?

The $35 price should have been a dead giveaway that the software was not
legit.
