Office Crashes Continually

I have been experiencing a problem in all my office
products. The problem is, for example, EXCEL, trying to
print a file I get a error message that says 'Microsoft
Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience........ I get this error
message while using Word and Outlook under various
conditions. Any suggestions on how to fix. I have
installed all updates and reloaded Office XP.

Hi Joe,

If the error occurs when you print or use Print Preview the first item
to rule out is a corrupt/incorrect printer driver. Obtain an updated
driver from the manufacturer's web site and see if that resolves it
