Office crashes

I set up 21 Sony Vaio laptops running XP Pro on my
school's network. Everything seemed to be OK except for
2 machines. On these two whenever I try to run any
Microsoft software the application starts and then stops
as soon as someone tries to use it and produces the Do
you want to Report this the Microsoft screen. I tried an
upgrade to Office XP on both, (I had originally installed
Office 2000). I tried a complete system restore and that
didn't help either. All other non-Microsoft applications
work just fine. All the OS updates have been applied.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Ken,

Does Word have access to the printer listed
in File=>Print?

Can you start the Office XP apps in Office safe mode
(hold ctrl key when starting an app)?

Does it work the same if you're logged in as administrator?

It could be a problem with the Windows installation
or a bit of bad memory.
