office crush when tryning to print to a copier

Our server running win2003, running the print spooler for
all printers and copiers. All of a suddent, all copiers
not able to connect. All user with copiers as default
printer, all application crush, specially micorsoft
office suites.

tried stop and restart the spooler, restart the server.
Not working. However, just copiers, not any single
printer.

Using other drivers in another server,for these copiers,
no problem.

If anyone has any idea, please help!!
