Hello,
I seem to have some damage to my Entourage Database.
In my "Junk Mail" and "Sent Mail" subfolders there gray areas where some messages were at that appear to be corrupted. When those gray areas appear in the window I get the following message:
"Your Office database is damaged - Do you want to quit MSN Messenger and all Microsoft Office programs so that the Database Utility can run?", with a "Cancel" or "Quit Office Programs" button to chose from.
If I try to delete the gray/missing messages, along with or apart from other messages, I get the following messages:
"The action could not be completed. An unknown error 4363 occurred."
I have attempted to run the Database Utility, and it does run, but it creates a new identity for me, and the gray/missing messages are still present.
Is there a way to get my database cleaned up? I would be happy to move to a newer version, but I don't want the corrupted info to follow me.
Frank
