Office Dialog boxes slow to display

We have Office XP running on Windows XP. The print dialog
box and font drop down box are incredibly slow to load for
the first time, with a wait time of upwards of 4 minutes.
We have a Compaq Presario 6000 P4 2 Ghz with 256 Meg RAM.
We have 3 other identical units with no problem. Should I
reload any DLLs?
