Office document imaging printerwith Office 2003 SP-1

I'm using Office 2003 Pro and have been using the Office Document Imaging
printer with no problems. I then installed the SP-1 update, and the
"printer" disappeared! It no longer appears in the printer dropdown in Word,
nor does it show up in the Printer/Faxes control panel.

I uninstalled office, reinstalled it, and ODI printer reappeared and worked
correctly. I tried the SP-1 update again, and the printer was deleted again.

Is this a known issue with SP-1? I wasn't able to find anything in the KB
about it. Is there a way to manually readd the MS Office Document Imaging
printer?
