Office Document Imaging problem - HELP!

Hi. I recently set up my faxes to be received through my computer and they
appear as .tif files, which open in Microsoft Office Document Imaging. My
problem is that the pages appear normal on the thumbnail pane, but on the
page pane they are always landscape, and the image is skewed to fit to
landscape. The majority of my faxes are portrait documents. When I receive
a fax that is landscape, the page pane appears as portrait and the image is
skewed. I've tried everything I can think of to move the image on the page
but have been unsuccessful. Help!!!!
