Doc imaging is the only progam that scanns several pages into one
doc.without messing it up.
Hello
Thank you for contacting HP Total Care.
I see from your e-mail the issue does not persists with Mspaint and the
issue still persists with Microsoft office documents imaging.
Sylvia, since there is an issue with the Microsoft office documents
imaging and the scan with Mspaint works correctly. I recommend you to
contact the Microsoft office documents imaging as there might be a
setting
issue since there is no issue with other applications this means that
the
HP unit and the software are working correctly and there is a setting in
the Microsoft office documents imaging.
The attachment you sent to us was more than 2 MB. The e-mail client we
are using do not allow us to view attachments more than 2 MB.
If you have further questions, please reply to this message and we will be
happy to help you.
You may receive an e-mail survey regarding your e-mail support experience.

Ok after I did that I got the scan feature to work once with Microsoft
office document imagaing. It scanned the stack of papers then an error
occurred and now I cannot get it to work again. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled, rebooted etc. it is some sort of conflict within the scanner
program HelP! I cannot use the HP director because the programs do not read
all the data on the papers correctly and with office document imaging it
works perfect. Have used it once before and now some upgrade must have messed
it up.

Have used it once before and now some upgrade must have messed
it up.

installation can be removed by running the Uninstall Software
