Office Document scanning problem

Whenn I run office doc imaging with my HP 630c at the end of a scan I get an
error message saying hardware error document feeder may be jammed. This
happens regardless of wether I choos the DF orflatbed.

Error only occurs in MSoft doc imaging. If I use HP presicion scan no probs.

Scanner using USB connection. Any ideas

Hi Trevor,

Some of the sheet feeders don't always work well with Office Document Scanning.
See if using TWAIN drivers works better than WMA.

Thanks for the info bob.

How can I tell if I'm using WMA or TWAIN drivers and how do I swithch?

Is it the fact that there's a sheet feeder present rather than using it that
is the problem? Because, if on preview if I choose flatbed I get the same
error!
