Office Documents Freezing when opened..

I have a couple of users that are complaing that when they open any MS
Office document from within our Novell network that the document freezes for
about 30 to 45 secs or so and then works normally. There are only 2 users,
both running Win 98 both using Office 2000, both have the latest Novell
Client 3.4. and no recent changes have been made to either the Network side
or the end user side. Anyone have any suggestions?
