Office documents takes lot of time to save

We are using Outlook Web Access(OWA), for accessing our
mails thru web browser. When user is clicking on any
attachment (.doc, xls, .ppt,etc)in mail, it opens in web
browser(Internet Explorer). When he click file "Save As"
option to save the file on local disk, the "Save As"
dialouge box takes lot of time (approx. 5 to 10 min.)to
come. What could be the reason ?

Help is needed.
