I use Office products to plan major events. although many organisations have
Event Planning software (Concentrics, EBMS, POSE, Artifax) not everyone does
and by far the best way of disseminating information is via Office products.
I find Excel exceptional to use for budgets, schedules etc but hopeless at
displaying photos and letters etc.
I'd like to open an office Document that is similar to Excel (as in it has
Worksheets on tabs at the bottom. Except when I tap "Insert Worksheet" I am
given the choice of an excel document, a Powerpoint or Word. This way all
information pertaining to one event is enclosed in one document.
Additionally the Insert Worksheet could also mean inserting a PDF, JPG, MP3,
MP4 or even E Mails, Contact sheets.
