Office doesn't think it's installed.

I have Office 2000 Pro installed on a Windows 2000 Pro SP3
workstation. When the Administrator attempts to run
Office, it loads just fine. If a user attempts to run
Office, I get This application must be installed to run.
Please run setup from the location where you originally
installed the application.

Then another dialogue box appears (a Windows Installer
dialogue box) saying that "The feature you are trying to
use is on a CD-ROM or other Removable Disk..."

Any thoughts / input are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.
