If you purchased an English language edition of MS Office 2007 then yes, Norwegian would be a separate purchase, either as a Single
Language Pack or as part of the Office Proofing Tools Kit 2007.

Thank you,

a related question; where and how much does a single language pack, the
Office Proofing Tools Kit 2007 is a little to expensive.

Hi Øystein,

If you click on the 'Buy a Single Language Pack now' link from the previous page it should take you to a local pricing page for your
area. In the U.S. Single Language Packs via the MS site are $24.95.
