office enterprise 2007 encountered an error during setup

Just this past wednesday, my system decided to run amuck. I had been running
the complete office enterprise 2007 with no problems till then. Then I had
Windows Installer issues, for which I finally got resolved. But was still
unable to get Office to work. I followed the stp in kb=928218 and everything
seem to go perfectly fine there.
Restarted the computer and went to reinstall 2007 office system , but still
come up with 'office enterprise 2007 encountered an error during setup'.
Does any one have a way of fixing this? I need to get my office 2007 up and
running soon.
need help here badly.
