Office Enterprise 2007 won't install (blank DVD)?

Just received (through Home use program, US ARMY) MS office Enterprise 2007.
I have a Dell Laptop, XP PRO, plenty of RAM, HD, DVD RW, ETC. When I insert
the DVD into my laptop, nothing happens (even though AUTORUN is enabled). So
I have to manually click on it through my computer. The DVD is titled
OFFICE12. When I click on OFFICE12, a window pops up with single folder
inside "Access.en-us". When you click on that folder, the contents are
blank. No setup wizard, no nothing. (and I am logged on as the
Administrator) Any ideas?

I ordered it through the Microsoft website. (The home use website to be
exact). Would you happen to know a contact at Microsoft to ask this specific
question to. Microsoft sold it to me. The US ARMY authorized the purchase.
