Office Enterprise Edition 2007 Install Problem with LUAs

I have installed Office Enterprise 2007 on an XP-SP2 machine. Accounts
with ADMIN privileges run fine, however Limited User Accounts (LUAs)
have difficulty running office apps. When a LUA opens an Office
application like Word, Excel, etc. an installer dialog box appears due
to a *.msi task runing in the task mamager that is trying to re-
install something. If that same account is given ADMIN rights, the
software work just fine. I'm guessing there is at least a permissions
problem and perhaps more. Also when Word is launched on an LUA, the
setup configuration process runs every time rendering Office 2007
useless for LUAs.

Any suggestions on what the problem(s) may be and how to fix?
