Office Error 1907

Just installed Office 2003 on XP pro sp 1. When starting
Access sometimes an installer window comes up and says
installing additional components. It will eventually
error out with error 1907 saying it could not register
fonts and to check my user permisssions. I am local
admin. Any answers on how to fix?
