Downloaded SP4 for my wife's computer [running under
WIN2000]. First attempt to install failed [installation
log listed failure to download iuident.cab].
Downloaded SP4 again and install apparently went OK.
However, when starting the computer for the first time each
day the following error message is now displayed:
"Office" [top left corner of the message]
"This application must be installed to run. Please run
setup from the location where you originally installed the
application."
"OK" button at the end of error message.
Each day my wife clicks "OK" and goes about her business.
I have verified SP4 is installed.
THE QUESTION:
How do I get rid of the error message [I have no idea to
what application the message is referring to; nor to where
the application might be located].
