Office Error replying to message

While trying to reply or forward to a message I receive the following error;

A program is trying access you email addresses you have stored in outlook.Do
you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no. Place a
check in the box by Allow access
for 1 min etc.

I can understand this message if another program was trying this but not
using reply???
Any help would be appreciated.
