office errorm

when i try to access my email or read a word document i get this error
please wait while windows configures microsoft office enterprise 2007
then this takes a couple of minutes before it will open and this is every
time so can anyone help and tell me whats wrong and how to cure it?
i am getting really fed up with this.

available from MS or your IT Department and we cannot help you here with the Office
Enterprise version.

Sorry but we do not know if it is Pirated or not. You should have gotten these
instructions as above on your Home Program purchase from your Company
