Office family members overwrites updated Office suite files

Hi,

I have unattended install of Office Enterprise 2007 which auto installs all
known office2007 updates from the updates folder.
This is installs perfectly, some users need Project or Visio too, when these
are installed it overwrites updated files from office components.
I hoped by now there would be some intelligence for this deployment
scenario.

Is there something I'm missing?
