On September 20, I did a 'detect and repair' on FrontPage 2000 to fix the FP
Help files which don't open correctly, and 'hangs' when I attempt to use it.
I did a 'detect and repair' on another office program first (Word), since
FrontPage has been adopted by Office 2000 (Windows XP Pro ver 2002). It sort
of worked during that first session, but next day, after a fresh launch, FP
Help is as broken as before.
The day after the detect and repair, Word gives me an error - that it can't
hyphenate...Word cannot find the hyphenation file MSHYPH2.DLL
or MSHY32.DLL for English. I assume Word was affected by the FP detect and
repair.
I have found one of the dlls, and I think it is just where it belongs, but
after many different types of searches I have not found in my computer the
second one listed. (hidden files are open and protected files are open for
the search).
The one I found was MSHYPH2.dll
C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof 61 KB.
The only other MSHY-type file in that same folder is MSHY2_EN.LEX 161 KB.
Is there a fix for this?
