I have a VPN connection to our company and Word 2000 with
Service Pack 3. If I open a Word file with 500KB from my
home-client I see in the received bytes counter of the VPN
client (cisco) that about 1,5MB was transmitted.

If I open this Word Dokument with another Client (same
Operating System with same VPN CLient) with Word XP the
counter only loads 700KB until the file is open (I think
this is normal because of the encryption, but not 1,5MB).

Does sombody know if there are any settintgs in Word 2000
to ovoid this.
