Office Fluent user interface

My girlfriend and I have been using office for quite some time now and we
both have 2003 and 2007 installed on different computers. The new Office
Fluent user interface they put into 2007 just plain sucks and even after
months of using it we both still can't stand it.

Is there a way to go back to the 2003 menu structure in 2007?
