Office for Mac 2004 - Entourage

Entourage will not start. My owner name that's in the Entourage logo that
you click on to start it has become mysteriously garbled. It's now three
letters, each on a different line!! When I try to start Entourage the error
message is: "This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage".
Could this be because my name has become garbled? Or something else? I
completely reinstalled Engourage from Microsoft's disk and the name remained
garbled!! Help.

There is also a Mac.Office group. If you get no answer here (due to this
being primarily a Windows based group) you may wish to visit them.
