Office for Mac OSX and changing "licensed to" name

Several other people have also recently asked here how to change the licensed user name, but the replies in the forum seem to relate to Windows users (go to Tools then Options....no such choice on Mac.) I want to change the licensed user name in all places, For example, even though I have changed it in the preferences -- general -- user name, the first user name is still visible when selecting from a pull down menu for the standard headers and footers. It also appears at the splash screen. Also a portion of the name appears in the properties -- general -- location as the User File on Mac HD

Any help would be appreciated

Well that would be because, surprisingly enough, this is a Windows group and
Mac questions are off topic here. You can tell a Mac group because the
topics always end in 'mac' surprisingly!

Um?
The news group title is Microsoft.Public.Office.Misc. What makes it Windows
specific?

Try microsoft.public.mac.office. That's the equivalent to this newsgroup
focused on Office for Macintosh, all versions.

Hope that helps

Because it doesn't contain the qualifier 'mac' as I stated earlier!
