Office Genuine Advantage Validation failed - support doesn't work

Hi,

I hope you can help me resolve the issue below:

I have upgraded to a new computer and installed Microsoft Offce 2007 on
Vista Business edition. I formated my old computer which had Office 2007

However, although my copy of Office has been activated, I get the following
message when I try to validate it: "The product key used to install Office is
not valid. It has been identified by Microsoft as a false key used with
counterfeit copies of Office".

Please help. I know my copy is genuine 100%. I opened from an sealed box
when I first installed it. Foir the last two days I tried to contact
Microsoft via email through their website but get an error stating that there
was "an application error and try again in a few seconds" - this does not
work. I am from the UK so I tried to call them on the phone - I got a
message from their answering machine that their phone lines were down!!

WHat else could possibly go wrong?
