Office has changed all formats

We have a small server system that was previously running
on a peer to peer. We have installed Windows 2000 server
and run 3 PC's with Win 2000 Pro and a laptop using XP on
a wireless. All use Office 2000. Since installing the
server the formats have changed (margins, screen fonts
everything) in Excel and Word. The only computer that
reads the files correctly is the laptop.

I have tried to change the Normal.Dot file and this does
nothing. Any suggestions?
