Office Help Does Not Display

We are using Office 2002 SP3 on XP SP2. I have a user when she tries to
use Help in either Excel or Word nothing comes up when she selects an item
after a search. All she receives is a blank page - Content, Answer Wizard,
and the Index tabs do not appear. I've done a repair and reinstall of Office
but that didn't work. Any suggestions.
