How about allowing people to post attachments, so that others can understand
what their issue is immediately?

Hello,

How about allowing people to post attachments, so that others can understand

Images or other binary files can be placed in webspace or posted on
one of the alt.binaries newsgroups but posting a binary on any
non-binary newsgroup will probably end up with the article being
cancelled.

Unfortunately for every legitimate attachment posted, there would be three
that were spam, porn, trash, etc.
