Office Help window won't shut

Machine: MacBook
OS: OSX 10.4.7
Office for Mac 11.2.5

The problem occurs with entourage, excel and word. If I access help through
the Help menu, I get the normal help window although without the top bar.
The help is fully functional. However, I can't shut or move the help window
although I can resize it. It stays stubbornly attached to the top of the
screen masking whatever office document lies under it.

My only solution so far is to move the underlying document to somewhere I
can see it.

Is this a bug or a setting issue? Any ideas to fix or work around

I've been using Office for Mac for about 2 months now without noticing this
behaviour previously.

Amazing. Many, many thanks. Simple fix and it worked a treat. I just
picked any other display size and got to see the title bar. Changed back to
the previous display resolution and the problem is no longer there. I
wonder if the F9 key would also have worked by allowing me to see all of the
open application windows? Unfortunately I can't recreate the problem now to
test

Thanks for posting your result. It is nice to hear when something works
out. I can't help with your other question, since I did not have Tiger
at the time I got my help window to go away and I probably would not
have though of it anyway.

One day you might want to change the exposé key from F9. F9 and all its
friends and relations are useful in Word when playing with fields.

Now that Elliott has revealed one of his secret potions to you... :)

Something that may contribute to the occurrence title-bar agoraphobia is the
top *toolbars* being ever-so-slightly undocked. Nudging them back into a
comfortably - but firmly - nestled position might also resolve the situation
should it happen again.
