Office Ho and Stu. 2007 word & footnotes

The footnotes come out infinitessumally small and half an inch wide. How to
change print size, font and spread right across the web page please. db

Word 2007 is a PC version & this is the Mac Word group, so if that's what

I am too amateur to know the difference; but having gone there I was faced
with a number of options and still did not know which to chase.

I am finding that the intention to help all over Microsoft is getting so
complicated it is better to go back to earlier stages. I shall return to my
2003 Word on my wife's computer, where everything is simple. Office 2003
which I bought in good faith on ebay in 2004 no longer is validated by
Microsoft! After all this time!

(I did the same with Vista and am using XP now with much less worry!) I
think Cybertaz is useful, and have no doubt he has the best intentions. Thank
you.
