Office Home and 2008 Entourage w/ Exchange

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

At work, they gave me a license for 2008 Entourage (with Exchange). I bought Office Home/Student Edition so that I can also have Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Now, none of these programs work on my computer. I either get the following error messages:
"This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage". or "You cannot use an Exchange accout with Office 2008 Home/Student Edition..." or the programs just crash.

What can I do to get Entourage to work with exchange and have the other programs works, too?

Install Standalone version of Entourage from Exchange Email Provider with
the Home & Student Version

In case the above link does not work:

"This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage"

"This Identity Cannot Be Opened With This Version of Entourage"
This message usually means, for example, any Identity saved with a 12.1.0 or
later version will not open in 12.0.0 or 12.0.1. Since there was a database
format change in 12.1.0 (SP1), Entourage 12.0.0 or 12.0.1 cannot open a
database saved in the later version.

Once you upgrade, the Identity will open.
