Office Home and Student Upgrade to Office Ultimate

I already have a copies of Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word 2007
installed on my PC. I have now purchased Office Ultimate and want to know
the best way to proceed with the installation of Ultimate.

Is the Ultimate install intelligent enough to recognise that I already have
certain applications installed and therefore will install all the
applications I do not have? Can I simply install all the products that I
don't currently have (and if so how)? Do I have to uninstall what is already
there before proceeding with the Ultimate install.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
