Office Home&Student Usage Rights

A user, who works at a non-profit organization, asked me if the Office H&S
license prevents them from working on Word and/or Excel documents from work
at home. I said as I understand it -Yes -no commercial use includes non
profits also because money is involved. The used also asked "how about a Word
document from work email to her?" .
Would It be ok under the H&S user rights to read commercial documents but
not modify or create comercial documents?
Wher can I get a more granular explanation of what can and cannot be done
with this edition?

An attorney ! I would have hoped that there were some simple guidelines to
what a home user could and could not do with this addition. I read the
license and it stated "no comercial use" and most of that I think would be
pretty clear. But when just replaying that to a concerned user doesn't help
much.

We're not Microsoft employees and I suspect there are few attorneys here who
would be willing to give you a legal interpreation (for free) of the term.

No commercial use means just that. If they need a version to do "work" with,
then they need to get a different version. Please remember these are not
*my* rules.

Since a Word doc, can be opened in Apps other than MS Word, & if not edited,
then I dont believe they should be concerned.
