office icons (images) gone

Following a recent reboot of our Terminal Server all of the MSOffice
document and program icons became plain white rectangles, as if there
is no program association. Double clicking on the icon still opens the
file so the association is still there - just no icon image.

I deleted the icon cache (C:\WINNT\ShellIconCache) AND ran rebuild
icons in TWEAK UI AND rebooted - no change.

Folder icons and Internet Explorer, Outlook, Recycle Bin, Zip Files,
Wordpad, Calculator display properly it is MSOffice and PDF that seem
to be the issue.

Suggestions?
