Office Install error with Win2K sp4

I am setting up a number of new computers. We have Office
XP Pro and have successfully installed it in the past.
Our new computers run Windows 2000 with the newly released
service pack 4. All of a sudden the Office Installer
gives an error once it starts copying files to the hard
drive indicating the needed CAB file is unavailable. But
I can find it in the indicated location on the CD, so it
is there even though the installer doesn't see it. The
only difference between the old computers and the new is
Win2K service pack 4. Any ideas, or has anyone had a
similar error?
