office installer and MS antiSpyWare program

hi--

i've got a question and i only see this on one of my 3 XP computers though
it is only the XP Home computer that has the problem.

I've got the MS AntiSpyWare Beta 1 program installed and running.

On one of the 3 machines, anytime that it fires up the scan, it always
launches the "office 2000 installer".

i'm not sure what it's looking for but it never finds it. i have to hit
"cancel" while it's searching and then "cancel" again to get it to exit the
installer.

any ideas on how i can prevent the start of a MS AntiSpyWare scan from
launching Office 2000 Installer?
