office installer

i installed office enterprise on my computer. it installed fine. after
running it for the first time it became cranky. now when i try to run an
office program the windows installer flashes on then off, the windows
program does not start. i have tried to restore and the restore operation is
finished but fails to complete. i tried to uninstall using the setup disk
but it gives me no options (add/repair/move). i can't install, remove, or
repair. i can't even do a system restore to an earlier time. now when ever i
start any [program the windows installer flashes and goes off. can someone
help me with this
