Office is not installed for the current user in Vista

I'm not sure if it is a Vista or Office problem but I definitely need help.
After Cleaning my Computer with Adobe CS3Cleaner (and being stupid not
backuping my registry) I now encounter the following error:

I cannot access MS Office - every time I try to start one of the
applications it tells me that this application has not been installed for
current user and I should reinstall.
I have tried installing, repairing, removing and installing again and
nothing works.
I have only an Admin account and and an inactive guest account.
I have figured that due to CS3Cleaner something got messed up pretty badly
in registry so I tried to restore the system but alas it didn't work either -
and I mean restoring the system.
My guess is that somehow the user got messed up and... well I do not know
that's why I'm asking for your help.

I have tried that.
First I tried only to install there. - Didn't work
Second - Uninstalled Office and reinstalled it from the new admin account -
didn't work.
Third - Uninstalled office manually and reinstalled it from the new admin
account - didn't work.

I'm running out of ideas.

I have the same problem; did you ever resolve it? If so can you share please?
Thanks

Not much experience in Vista, but IF you've managed to hose the registry
with a cleaner, reinstalling the operating system is always an out.
Perhaps before that, make sure you aren't running some "anti-malware"
software that's preventing the registry from being updated during the
installation.
