office issues

Hey guys. I was wondering if someone here could help me
out. I was at an office yesterday and the secretary is
having trouble sending e-mails to a couple users there.
She has recently installed office 2003 on her computer and
it hasn't been working right since than. She can't seem
to send e-mails to users in the office that are using MAC
computers. Were not sure if its a conflict with office
2003 or if it has something to do with MAC computers. If
anyone knows anything e-mail me or post back and let me
know.

I really don't see why only Mac users are affected, Can she send mail to
other people without problems (inside and outside the network) ??

Please clarify if she cannot SEND to Mac (not MAC) users, or whether the Mac
users never RECEIVE them.

The former would show up as some kind of error from the outbox from the
sender; the latter would look okay from the PC, and may or may not have a
bounce-back message.

Hey Tim

She can send messages, and she gets conformation that
they have been sent and recieved, but no mac users ever
recieve them.

Its obviously a MAC issue. She can send e-mail to others
inside and outside the office, its only the MAC people
that dont get them.

It doesn't have to be a Mac issue, it could be an issue with the server
not answering to some standard commands the Mac use on your network.
What type of server do you use for mail and what application do the Mac
users use on their machines for e-mail ??
