Office keeps configuring prior to starting any office program... H

I got a new version of office from my school district, 2007 Office and if I
try to open one of the programs a box pops up and starts configuring, then it
tries to reboot. If you choose yes - reboot, everything closes and does not
reopen after startup. If you choose no- do not reboot, then the program will
open.

I have run the disk again and tried to repair.

Any suggestions???
