Office Key Code Help

Here is my problem

I bought Office Xp and installed it, I registered it and
activated it. I format my hard drive evry so often and
start clean, but I also move and can't find the Key
Code. Can anyone tell me if I can contact MS and prove
to them that I'm me and they will tell me my code?
