Office Key Expired

I bought a legit copy of Office 2007 Ultimate (Student Offer) and installed
it on my computer. However, Since then I have formatted my computer several
times, bought a new PC (discarding the old one), because of which the key has
reached its max limit and will not activate. Is there a way I can activate it
or do I have to buy office again.

Note: office will be installed on only one machine.
