Office Language Pack

Hi,

I installed office 2007 professional dutch.

I saw there is a translater in office, i can translate from english to
french, english to german... and so on.

But i can't translate from dutch to english, and vica verse...

What do i need to install on top off my office 2007 to have that
functionality? Proofing tools? Language packs? Am i right that
language pack include the proofing tools?
